At Kakadu Traders Australia, we stand by the quality of our rugged gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
